Why Should You Practice Thinking Positive
Have you ever seen a person in your life just moping around each and everyday of their life? You may say to yourself, "this person must be really down in the dumps to act so down and depress.
There are many people in the world that have nothing at all to look forward to in their lives. It really is a shame that so many folks suffer with this lack of positivity in their lives. I always wondered how so many people in our world really are so down and out. I know that when I see someone that you know is suffering deep down inside it is truly heart breaking to me.
You just want to be able to do something that would make them happy and positive, but we can't, it's up to the individual to find the underlying reason for unhappiness and not being positive in their life.
All you have to do many times is just look at a persons facial expressions or how they walk with that slumped over posture and with that very slow, "I get there someday" walk.
In this hub, I will try to explain just how thinking positive can bring you positive things in your life.
When someone is so used to living life with negative thoughts, they really don't know just how thinking positive can and will change their life forever.
Lets just put our thinking caps on and pick our minds a little bit. If you are down in the dumps, depressed, living in a negative world and you think you have nothing to look forward to in life, then what you have to do is to really think to yourself, what exactly would make you happy? What would it take to start thinking and living with positivity?
All of us are in full control of our minds and our bodies, so why just sit back and be satisfied with your life as it is now.
You need to start thinking happy thoughts, and start to look into your future to see what dreams and goals can come true in your life. The only way this will ever happen is that you must want a better life. You need to have goals and dreams in order to have something to strive for and accomplish. You need to have a life with nothing but positive thoughts and positive things happening all around you.
You can do this, I know you can. It really isn't that hard to change your life around and start to be happy for once, but you have to want to be happy first.
I have learned over the years that if you truly want something bad enough, you need to get that drive and determination to make it happen and without that drive and willingness to change your life to the better, you will be sitting right where you are until the end of your time here. In my eyes, that is nothing to look forward to in you future life.
As we all know, we are only here on Earth one time, so make that time here an enjoyable, happy and a positive time and do everything in your power to correct your problems you may have and work on having a better life and filled with positive thoughts and happiness.
If you want to live happy and live a positive life, you need to live, sleep and breathe positive thinking and positive thoughts and not think negative ever again, because by not thinking and acting positive you are heading nowhere, but a life of misery.
Put that smile on your face, because you wouldn't believe just how a smile or laughter can change the way you feel inside and how your looks can change just with a little effort to smile and laugh. Just try it and you may surprise yourself of the new feeling you have inside.
Reasons for Not Thinking Positive
Everyone that suffers with this lack of positivity in their lives all have many different reasons for how they feel about themselves and their life in general.
I came up with a few reasons I think would make someone feel like their life is not worth living for and therefore continue to be depressed and just living in their world of negativity.
- Lack of self esteem.
- Lack of confidence.
- Not believing in yourself.
- Not having dreams and goals in your life.
- Thinking nothing but negative thoughts and things.
- Financial troubles and worrying about bills to pay.
- Loss of employment.
- The loss of a Loved one.
- Relationship and marital problems.
- Relationship break ups or divorce.
All of these things mentioned contribute to not being able to be positive and think positive thoughts, but when you think about it, how can you think and act positive when you may have one or more of these problems in your life.
If by chance you do, then you have to think of something to correct or better the problem that is making you so unhappy and not being able to be think positive.
There is one more food for thought and that is, "have you ever noticed by being around a person that has so much negativity in their life can really bring you down and get you right out of the happy and positive mood you were in earlier"?'
Don't let them bring you down. This is the time to try and help them with their problem and try your hardest to get them out of their negativity and explain to them that what ever their problem is, it can be corrected and to think positive and everything will work out.
Think Positive - Get Positive Results
When we are trying to accomplish something in our lives, thinking positive will get the results that you need. Our minds can do many wonderful things only if we let it.
You will never get positive results or achieve any goals or dreams you may have in life when not thinking positive thoughts and positive ideas.
Just imagine when you have that goal or dream you want to fulfill and you start out with a positive frame of mind and say to yourself, " I can and will get this done or I will achieve this dream I have longed for for so many years."
If you have that positivity and the desire and determination in your life everything and anything will be achieved and more. It is all up to you, and just how much you want it to happen, and believe me, with that outlook in your life you will amazed with the results.
