Japanese researchers found that sugar-free yogurt that is consumed three times a day for six weeks can reduce bad breath. 5. Baking Soda
Gargling with baking soda and warm water is another way to control your bad breath. Mix baking soda with a cup of warm water and gargle for about 30 minutes. This will help you get rid of your stinky breath.
6. Another easy and healthy remedy is to make a mouthwash with cloves, cinnamon, anise seed and rosemary. The mixture is steeped in water for a week, then strained and used as desired.
