I know that many people remember what it felt like the first time you realized that you are no longer as young as you once were after trying to do something you used to do with ease and that those that saw the word "nitric oxide" know that it is a toxic gas or air pollutant.

But guess what?

Nitric oxide is also produced in our bodies and it's production is directly responsible for naturally improving blood flow or circulation. Without proper circulation we face future illness and the lack of well being. in 1998 the Nobel Prize for Medicine and Chemistry was awarded to three scientists for discovering Nitric Oxide in the body.

Having sarcoidosis of the lungs and body I have endured more body aches, cold feet and respiratory issues than what is normally due me by 50. This disorder has prompt me to find solutions that help the body and not tear it down in the process. In the process I have learned how to improve vitally and reverse the physical and mental signs of aging.

My son suffered a heart attack early 2013. His body produces an excessive amount of cholesterol. He made a full recovery. What I didn't say was he had a stroke several years before. He recovered quicker after having a heart attack.

While researching as usual I learned about this "Nitric Oxide" he had been taking it all along. Thank God some doctors still believe in preventive medicine.

  3. Sometimes the best supplement is not to take one. Eating a healthy diet including the foods that help produce Nitric Oxide is a must and should be a way of life for longevity and wellness.
