Drinking a glass of red wine or beet juice everyday will aid in the production of nitric oxide.

Aging is the decrease of Nitric Oxide

I know that many people remember what it felt like the first time you realized that you are no longer as young as you once were after trying to do something you used to do with ease and that those that saw the word "nitric oxide" know that it is a toxic gas or air pollutant.

But guess what?

Nitric oxide is also produced in our bodies and it's production is directly responsible for naturally improving blood flow or circulation. Without proper circulation we face future illness and the lack of well being. in 1998 the Nobel Prize for Medicine and Chemistry was awarded to three scientists for discovering Nitric Oxide in the body.

Having sarcoidosis of the lungs and body I have endured more body aches, cold feet and respiratory issues than what is normally due me by 50. This disorder has prompt me to find solutions that help the body and not tear it down in the process. In the process I have learned how to improve vitally and reverse the physical and mental signs of aging.

My son suffered a heart attack early 2013. His body produces an excessive amount of cholesterol. He made a full recovery. What I didn't say was he had a stroke several years before. He recovered quicker after having a heart attack.

While researching as usual I learned about this "Nitric Oxide" he had been taking it all along. Thank God some doctors still believe in preventive medicine.

Nitric Oxide

Many have been using L arginine (Nitric Oxide Supplement) to boost nitric oxide to help them endure more pain allowing them to work longer; such as body builders and other athletes.

The people that use Nitric Oxide supplements get great success from physical performances but may not realize how beneficial producing nitric oxide really is for preventing future health issues.

  • Speed
  • Endurance
  • Clarity/Focus
  • Faster Recovery

Our cells are known as the "Source of Life" and for good reason but without healthy blood flow throughout our body our health is compromised.

  • Cancer is clumped dead cells and insufficient levels of nitric oxide is the commonality in the victims.
  • Diabetics are getting amputated because of poor circulation and insufficient levels of nitric oxide is the commonality in the victims.
  • I can go on...

Benefits of Nitric Oxide Production

The production of nitric oxide results in anti-inflammatory protection of the arteries, brain, heart, peripheral nerves, skin and functions to keep these tissues healthy and slow the effects of aging.

  • agility
  • Slow graying
  • Healthy eyes
  • Healthy younger skin

What Is Nitric Oxide?

Nitric Oxide Plays a Critical Role in Disease Prevention

Nitric oxide is our bodies natural vasodilator; which means, it can improve our circulation. It is produced in our brains and begins decreasing at around 20 years of age and severely drops when we are in our 40's.

When our body doesn't produce the amount of nitric oxide we need we suffer circulation problems that lead to illnesses because of the lack of blood flow that carries oxygen to our vital organs. Increasing nitric oxide to improve circulation will improve many issues:

  • Alzheimer
  • diabetes
  • Wounds
  • cold body
  • body aches
  • slow healing
  • stroke/heart attack
  • erectile dysfunction
  • decreased brain function

Is The Nitric Oxide Supplement Good For You?

Any disorder that causes ones system to attack it's own healthy tissue or cells are autoimmune disorders. Below are some, there are others.

Many with these disorders have been helped when taking nitric oxide supplements without L arginine; however, it is best to eat the foods to produce nitric oxide to avoid enhancing the symptoms of your disorder.

  • Hashimoto's thyroiditis
  • Psoriasis
  • Rhematoid arthritis
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Type 1 diabetes
  • Ulcerative Colitis

The Best Nitric Oxide Supplement

There are many supplements on the market and I won't get into brands but only the facts from studies.

  1. L arginine is a nitric oxide supplements are quite effective but has it's risk. It increases inflammation that causes tendons and ligament issues in active people and athletes and cause autoimmune disorder to become dangerous and life threatening.
  2. L citruline is a nitric oxide supplement that can be safely used by some with autoimmune disorders and does not have inflammatory consequences; although may cause adverse reaction if stimulates the disorder in some cases. Always see your doctor before taking any supplements.
  3. Sometimes the best supplement is not to take one. Eating a healthy diet including the foods that help produce Nitric Oxide is a must and should be a way of life for longevity and wellness.

Foods That Produce Nitric Oxide

Our earth produces natural unprocessed foods that are meant to support good health. We now use these foods to heal safely and without adverse side affects. See what foods help our body to produce Nitric Oxide in our bodies.

  • Kale (very best)
  • Spinach
  • Beet juice (best)
  • Black tea
  • Cocoa
  • Green tea
  • Hawthorn berries
  • Pomegranates
  • Red Wine

FYI: Exercising forces the body to produce Nitric Oxide from the impact of pressure and oxygen circulating in the body.

I wish I was a candidate for taking this wonderful supplement. My purpose was to bring awareness to others that can benefit from this knowledge and open the eyes of others that may have autoimmune disorders.

Knowing how to assist your body in repairing itself will take you off or prevent you from taking medications that will have adverse affects. Produce Nitric Oxide by drinking and eating the right foods for life.

Remember that if you are 40 and above taking the needed supplements or eating the right foods to product Nitric Oxide is a must to quality mobility and longevity. Here's to good health!
