How do I develop willpower so that I can say no to delicious nibbles and exercise regularly to lose weight?

well staying fit I mean staying in shape really means having strong will power and at times you could work your butts uo to get it right and saddly you don't. well without further ado I will list just a few things you can do to avoid going back to nibble more cholestorol that is not really good for you: 1) remember that this is your body and the way you treat it will determine the overall well being of your mental,physical and emotional entitity, so give your body the respect it deserves. 2) avoid staying so close to peoople whose pre-occupation and stock in trade is eating, remember most of these people don't get affected by what they eat, I mean some of them look like snoopDogg, and even if they eat the whole chicken or ham burger at harrolds they will still look good and fit; unlike you. 3) indulge in physical activities that will help take you off nibbling those good for nothing fatty acids called I don't remember!!! 4)take plenty of water as it will help keep your system in proper shape by ensuring you have sufficient glucose to keep you going, also water is very essential to make your skin and entire system in perfect shape. 5) get a piggy bank and drop those loose cents and dollars that you use in buying these stuffs, you will be surprised that you could save a lot of money that could be used in buying something essential like a cell phone, paying for the services of a physio/psycho therapists etc, you never know!!! 6) finally seek help from an expert, talk to friends who feel the same or have had the experience of going back to old habits that leave them no good after all. for more info on these you can read my hub Want to Lose Weight and Change Shape?Check out the New Way to Diet to Remain Healthy and Strong This 2009!!!
