Are you ready to look younger, have more energy and increaced mental capacity instantly? You might not realize that the quality of your thinking can be effected drastically by the food you eat. When your body has to spend its recourses, like B Vitamins and micro nutrients, on staying alive - you have less energy for your brain. In fact, even digesting your food can take away brain power. Hence the lack of concentration and energy after lunch.

This type of nutritional trade off goes on every day inside your entire system. That is why it is so important for every organ and system in your body to get the nutrition it needs on a daily basis. This is how you can maintain the energy level you desire without caffeine or stimulants. My favorite is Enerfood, it has a mild taste, mixes instantly with juice and really packs a punch! Unlike so many other greens in pill or powder from, this one keeps on delivering a healthy, natural buzz - every time! You can find it at along with a great colon cleanse product.

Supergreen energy formulas often provide a rich source of absolutely every nutrient the body requires and provides optimal health. Have you considered adding supergreen food to your diet? Many folks have experienced the rush of energy and clarity that comes from a shot of super green nutrition. It can be as simple as adding one heaping teaspoon of Super Green Food to your diet every day in a smoothie or glass of juice.

Super green nutrients will also help your digestve process as well as your skin texture. Most supergreen foods contain chlorella, which is filled with chlorophyll. This natural substance boosts your energy, naturally cleans and detoxifies your body and boosts your immune system. This cleansing is good for your colon, liver and stomach. Super green foods have so many nutritional benifits - it's hard to believe this much energy is derived from a tiny algae.

Super energy facts about supergreen food

Super green food is a term for micro algae that grow in fresh water. The most common forms are chlorella and spirulina. These small plants have the ability to provide all the nutrients required by the human body. These microscopic micro algae prove that the best foods for you are most certainly green. One of the benefits of spirulina is that you can have more energy in an instant all thanks to a billion year old blue green algae.

Super green foods contain all known B vitamins including B12 which is rarely found in plants. It also contains vitamin C and E among others, macro minerals: calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, beta-carotene, nuclei acids and protein. Did you know that one teaspoon of super green food has more calcium then milk and provides 12 times more digestible protein then beef. Supergreen foods can also remove toxins and heavy metals from your body naturally and safely. I have personally found that super greens are helpful with digestive issues and regularity too.

Green super food for healthy energy drink

The best way to eat Super green foods is in a powder form -spirulina powder- because your body can easily absorb all the nutrients. Supergreen food is a whole food - not a suppliment. Suppliments are often made from chemicals or ground up minerals. Your body was not designed to digest chemically produced food or crushed seashells. Vitamin pills are big and hard and take time to break down in your system, somtimes taking more energy to digest than you get from taking them.

Super greens are natural whole foods, which makes them easy to digest - very fast. This gives you a super boost of super energy. Try a teaspoon green powder mix with a cup of juice after lunch. This healthy and natural buzz can turn your long afternoon into your most productive time of day! Best of all you will have the energy you need to spend time with your family and enjoy it!

Hey, I just wanted to touch base and say thanks for inspiring me! I've found some really good recipes for the green foods you mention. There are a lot of different smoothie combinations out there and some are really quite delicious.

Also, a straight teaspoon of supergreen whole food powder in something like a glass of orange juice has a funky but yummy flavor to it. This week I'm hoping to combine it with pomegranate juice. I think that'd be extra delicious. Plus!!! pomegranate juice is fully of antioxidants which prevent cancer. So that'd be a two-for-one thing. One drink with so many healthy benefits.

I've bee doing quite well on the rice and non-processed foods in general and I feel like my diet is getting better all around. Thanks!

It's so funny to think of algae as food. But when you think about it, a lot of aquatic creatures thrive on it. It's a staple of the food chain.

It's really exciting that they do more than just give you good nutrition with the B vitamins and such---things like helping your food and your digestion too! And that you don't need as much, that it can easily be eaten in a smoothie.

I've been working on eating more whole foods and fewer processed foods. Hitting up the vegetable section in the grocery store. Using brown rice instead of processed white rice. One thing I've found helpful is some older recipies that assume you're using whole foods to begin with.

      Thanks for sharing!
