Its Worry All the Time

I am a LPN and have been dealing with anxiety most of my life.

A new way to treat anxiety

If your like me and suffer from anxiety you know what it is like completely exhaust your self over seemingly little things to others. I have tried many pills, oils, the counting and even yoga. Somethings helped but not enough. I couldn't breakout into a downward dog in a crowd, a funny sight that would be. Others put me in a blurry mess or a fog. Finally I read a conversation on famous Facebook about a lady who was using CBD oil for her anxiety. I was befluttered why didn't I think about that before? After all I was already using it to help my dogs with pain, separation anxiety and what I swore was ADHD in my foster dog. I'd tell you about my dog's experience but this another story. So I logged onto my tablet, ventured to diamond cbd on the web. There I ordered a cotton candy flavored oil at 50mg. Diamond products are made in Ft. Lauderdale FL.

As you can imagine I was over come with anxiety waiting for my oil. Shipping only took 4 days but it felt like a life time. When it arrived in the mail I used it the minute I opened my package... a couple of drops under my tongue as the instructions said... it had a warm taste to it but it was also sweet like candy. I wish I could say I had instant relief but I didn't. However by the time I made my way over to the bathroom to change out of my work clothes I noticed I felt less antsy. I took some more before bed that night and I have to say I slept so good. The next day I took some with my coffee and went off to work. I was able to focus and felt more in control of my emotions.

I have been taking CBD oil now for going on 6 months. I take a few drops every morning and go on with my day. I don't take any med for my anxiety any more and I have never felt better. I have also noticed that my wrist pain has not been as bad either.

There are times when I need to take it in addition to my every morning ritual and I have bumped myself up to 100mg in place of the 50mg. It suits me better in the area of lasting longer. Christmas day I was borderline forced to go to my boyfriend's mothers' house for dinner. Little did I know she had invited a bunch of people. Many of whom... are judgmental idiots. Even though I know they have no grounds to judge me I still let them get the best of me. All of the people in that small 2 bedroom double wide set me into a panic attack. Worse then I had had all year. My boyfriend went a got my oil for me and with in 10 minutes I was able to stand and not shake like a leaf. With time I was able to joining them inside but stayed by the door just incase I needed a quick excite but I didn't.

There are other times I have needed it but that's not why I'm writing this. You might be asking your self what is CBD oil? Is it legal? Here is a little quote from Diamond for you "CBD is a natural constituent of hemp that has been shown to have positive health benefits, without causing psychoactive effects. CBD-rich hemp provides a legal alternative to medical marijuana and allows the consumer to enjoy the benefits of CBD without the risk of getting high. Since CBD has no psychoactive effect, it is an excellent option for people seeking the benefits of cannabis products without breaking federal law or risking impairment."

They do offer free shipping on orders in the USA over 35$. CBD oil has changed my life for the better. They offer the oil in different flavors and strengths. They also have it in different forms from gummies to vapes and creams. Dosing is a bit hard as everyone metabolizes them differently so what works for me might not be the right dose for you. They recommend that you start with a smaller dose and work your way up. What is nice about CBDs is that you cannot over dose on them. the body will just discard them in your urine and you will have waisted that dose. so when you feel like it is working then you don't need any more.

I think it's time we told our anxiety who is boss.
