Laughing
Laughing is good for you. Laugh longer, laugh louder, and laugh loudest. Mind you don't do it to the extent that other people think you are crazy.
Apart from cheering you up and putting in a good mood, laughter is good for your metabolism, system and health and it removes stress. You should attempt to laugh all the time. This is not just coming from me, but medical experts and social theorists.
One latest study suggests you should laugh for at least 10 minutes a day because it's good for your system and allows you to drain out your worries. Let's face it, humor, or our ability to have a good laugh about certain situations brings color into our lives and makes us cope better with the trials and tribulations of life.
Somebody once told me certain countries use laughter as a "smile therapy". Japan and India have long introduced what is called laughter classes to the public. You attend these classes and just start laughing for the time allocated. Is these the story to their economic success, I wonder?
