Life is full of twists and turns, and sometimes you get knocked around. You never know what changes your life may take that force you to go in a direction you never expected. We seek to improve constantly improve ourselves. We usually like to stay in our comfort zone and go about our lives in a routine, so we don’t have to think about things. Change is scary, and uncomfortable and most of us would rather not make changes. When you feel as though change is necessary,what are your choices? Your only choice is to move forward and as you do, you will get to know and trust yourself in a way you never knew. It is these life changes that can actually help you rediscover who you truly are. Sometimes when we go through tough times that force changes in our lives, we can lose who we are. Sometimes we are afraid of the change because we doubt ourselves. We forget what we want for ourselves. Often we beat ourselves up for making incorrect choices, and for perhaps feeling powerless. We question ourselves as to why we are in this position, and it can become hard to see our way clear. These self doubts can cause a lower self esteem, and this is where we can forget who we really are. Sometimes, we never got to know our true selves because we live a life dictated by other people. We listen to them, forgoing our own needs and desires to please or acquiesce others. For all these reasons and more you can do your own life coaching course to trust and know yourself beter than you ever did before. Knowing yourself will give you the courage to go forward and challenge your fears of change. When you know yourself, you will trust your judgement, and believe in yourself. When you believe in yourself, you can do anything!

Change brings doubts. Change causes us to question. Sometimes, it is an “eye opening experience”, sometimes we just hit bottom. Sometimes we are put in situations that just don’t feel right, or are beyond our comfort zone. The saying when one door closes, another opens, is very true. In the moment, it may be hard to see the opportunities ahead, but over time and by pressing forward, it will become clearer to you. Through positive thinking, you can believe in yourself. Through the people in your life who support and love you, and perhaps even through religious faith, you can get through the toughest of times. Changes, especially forced changes, like divorce, death of a loved one, job loss, financial difficulties, and other major crossroads we encounter, are very difficult to get through. It is especially difficult, when you don’t see the clear path to get there, or if you lack the support you need, financially and emotionally. We lose our way, we get confused, and we forget what we want for ourselves. Through your own life coaching course, think about who you spend time with and who you can seek support from.

Knowing and Trusting Yourself is a Wonderful Discovery

The path to greater happiness is always in front of us, when we know what we want for ourselves, we can lead ourselves in a direction to achieve it. Being true to who we are is the greatest gift we can give ourselves and the greatest strength we have to deal with difficult and uncertain situations.   • notice how you feel around certain people
  • tap into your energy levels
  • what encounters with people make you feel positive?
  • Notice your emotions around certain people, are you happy, anxious, bored?

  • Do some people give you a positive uplifting feeling?
By noticing these traits,  they may reflect aspects of yourself, or bring out things that you want to nurture more in yourself.       This is one hub that came at the point it is needed most.

      Because at this precise moment, I happen to be at the lowest ebb of my life.
