Organic Aloe Vera and Candida Albican Yeast Part IV.

Updated on April 28, 2011

Getting help for Candida Albicans

You now know that the Candida Albican thing is a normal part of your intestinal flora. It's all around and we'll never be able to get rid of it completely. And as a matter of fact, you don't want too. It's part of the balance you need to maintain optimum intestinal health.

Candida should be in the ratio of the 80%-20% range.

With the proper balance being the latter. However, as mentioned earlier in another hub, the ratio becomes reversed and shows up as 20%-80%. Not Good!!

The good news is...

…You can get Candida under control without the use of dangerous prescription drugs and it's really not that hard to do.

The best way to achieve this success is to apply some simple changes and then stick with them long enough to experience the benefits.

I recommend a balance of diet changes, while adding Aloe Pure 5000, the Aloe Vera Juice of choice, with a few other nutritional supplements such as ProEnzyme and Complex-50 for increasing friendly bacteria back into the your system.

Diet changes are essential!

The diet changes are essential to get the right nutrition into the body for health and wellness …the diet change, will also ensure that the organs of your body and your immune system are being strengthened, while getting the proper nutrition to carry on the day to day activities. All this is being accomplished without the use of harsh prescription drugs and their toxic side effects.

If nothing else, remember this....

Aloe Pure 5000, can help stop the recurring conditions of Candida Albicans.

ProEnzyme, the probiotic of choice, contains the friendly bacteria normally found in the intestinal track, which are necessary and helpful contributors to a proper function of the digestive system.

Complex-50 Plus, is the antioxidant of choice. Antioxidants are much needed to help protect your body from free radical damage and oxidation. Complex-50 Plus is a super antioxidant!!

And don’t forget the water!

You know how I feel about water consumption... I stress it in all of my hubs...because water is critical in the treatment of

Candida. Every organ in the body runs on water. When you drink enough water everyday, you will absolutely feel better. You must replenish your body with adequate water to make sure every organ in your body works better.

Exercise is essential…

And lets not forget about exercise... One of the best things you can do for your body, if your fighting a Candida overgrowth, is to make sure you engage in adequate exercise everyday by making exercise part of your daily routine, it will play an important roll in your recovery.

And last but not least...back to water. Always drink plenty of clean, fresh, filtered water with two-four ounces of the "best tasting Aloe Vera" everyday.

Of course...know your supplier!

Thank you chaser for stopping by ...glad you noticed ..water and exercise are truly a must.  I think drinking water is the hardest thing to remember.  We always think ...okay I get my water ..in coffee ..juice ...and soda of all things .but no, no, no, ...we must drink clean filtered water ..that is the key to supporting your immune system.

Yes, chaser Ohio is a big area for us and the roads are great ..flat and you can really see where you are going ..that is if it is not covered with snow!!! But you can call me "flatlander" :-))))

Stop by again ...always good to catch your comments.  My best to your health!
