At some point in everybody's life, looking and feeling young and fresh is a must for people, Some others take this very notion to the extremes and end up not only with planning their whole day and routine with a healthy balanced diet, along with some simple exercises & mentally purging themselves to resisting junk foods and vices. It all starts with a thought. Where you go from there, determines how well you can stay looking as if you've never aged a day in your life. Below are some simple things you can induce into your system as part of your normal day. Its not a have to, but think of it as simple as consuming mineral water in your day to keep you healthy.

Green Tea

YES Green Tea!, believe it or not some people have never heard of green tea. It is on top of the list of super healthy drinks with countless benefits. It is also considered to be the modern elixir of life. It boosts the immune system, Normalizes blood pressure. Green tea is also known to lower blood sugar & cholesterol levels. Further more Leafy greens help reduce the risk of conditions such as kidney diseases, Type 2 diabetes, dementia & high blood pressure.

Soy Products

Soy products such as soy milk, tofu, soy nuts, tempeh, edemane are a great source of alternate protein compared to red meats & certain dairy products. Fish also is a important as part of this diet. In japan it is part of their diet to induce soy products. It helps keep cholesterol levels down. Also a good source for amino acids out of 20, which 9 have to be consumed as part of your diet, to keep you looking young and healthy. All because your body does not make amino acids or produce enough to meet your body's requirements. Soy foods help you make proteins in turn making more antibodies, blood tissues and cells.

Dark Chocolate

Who would've ever thought that a chocolate would help you stay and look young. But dark chocolate is enriched with cocoa content which is rich in flavinoids a group of antioxidants which is very important in fighting off aging effects. Dark chocolate is known to prevent certain conditions such as dementia, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease. Although try not to consume too much in one sitting, just a small square block would do. Yogurt

Not all bacteria is bad for you, There are some healthy bacteria that helps your body stay in balance. Good bacteria is good for producing more anti-bodies. More like teaching your body to become more immune to your ever changing surroundings & what you ingest. Yogurt can help prevent pathogenic organisms such as E.coli and salmonella. Yogurt is rich in calcium & helps maintain the inside of your stomach & lining health, Including the reduction of aging of intestinal sickness. Red Wine

"Red red wine goes to my head" (neil diamond haha). No in all seriousness Red wine has a high dose in anti-aging factors. It contains elements such as polyphenol antioxidants and resveratrol. Resveratrol is also helpful for women undergoing menopaws, where the risk is high in conditions such as breast cancer and osteoporosis due to low oestrogen at this time or cycle in a womans life. Just like dark chocolate. A glass every other day or once in the week is fine. Not excessive consumption.

WATER!

Water is the fountain of all life. Considered to be one of the best anti-aging liquids. Consume at least 8-14 glasses of water a day to see some good effects on your body. Especially if you're living in a humid climate area or after a good exercise.

Thinking Young

The power of positive thinking can affect your body greatly, & negate stress levels which in turn relaxes and calms your body. Laugh as much as you can. Remember it all starts with a thought! I hope many people find this helpful. Also if you're a smoker, QUIT!, smoking is a major factor in aging faster, it makes your skin much older than what you should really look. Yeah it's a compliment when people tell you look 4-5 years younger than what most people in your age group look like!.
