The Essence of Having Motivation

Updated on March 9, 2016

Motivation from desire

Motivation and desire are two words that you cannot usually find in the same sentence. However, it is possible for these two to join for your success. You should keep in mind that in order for you to be motivated, there is a need for you to know exactly what you desire. These are the things that you wanted to accomplish and have for yourself and even for others. With the help of your burning desire, you would be more than motivated to do well and succeed.

Motivational Quotes

You might have probably heard a story where people was able to succeed in their life due to the motivational quotes that they have read or heard from someone that made them feel more inspired than ever. Well, it depends on how you think of it and live by it. For some, it has been effective but for some, its effectiveness is yet to be proven.

Here are some of the motivational quotes that could help you stay motivated:

"You have a brains and feet as well. Therefore, you can steer yourself to whatever direction you choose."

"Instead of hoping for your next vacation to come, you should start building a life that you wouldn’t want to escape from."

"It is not the strongest or the most intelligent ones who can survive but it is the one who is the most responsive to change."

"You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take."

"When writing the story of your life, don't let anyone else hold the pen."

These motivational quotes can help you change your life only if you are not only looking at it and injecting it into your mind but also if you are living by it from the heart. You can also consider using these as your phone’s wallpaper or have it printed and post it in a place where you can usually see it in order to keep you reminded every single day.

For the Ending

On the other hand, motivation would not be able to help you if you are not helping yourself. It would be meaningless if you would not do something meaningful in your life. Moreover, apart from concentrating on the opportunities that has passed by, one should learn how to let go and focus on the opportunities that are currently existing.By doing so, you would not have any regrets and all that would be left in you is happiness.
