Not all olive oil is created equal. Many brands are low quality garbage that have very little nutrients or minerals. In fact, they are made up of mostly soy oil which has been shown to actually cause more health problems then heal them! Use caution and...

  • Avoid light colored olive oils
  • Look for the seal (International Olive Counsel)
  • Don't buy import brands
  • Research every brand

In the last six months I changed my life up. I switched from the common vegetable oil to pure virgin olive oil. I absolutely love it for cooking. I had never thought of all of the other uses. A great article you wrote in helping teach these.

Just a friendly tip. Under Make-Up Remover section. There is a simple grammar error. I would rather point it out, rather than report it like many do to me. The error is which that I believe you meant to use the word with.

Great article, and I will try your other tips for snoring and shaving! You were right on about the soy slip in alternative as well.
