If we talk and discussing about diet is never really end. The overweight is not personal problem anymore. But now become an international problem. We have to know a lot of problems would arise with overweight, beside weaken our self confidence but we have to be aware with various diseases behind the overweight. For people who make them starving in diet, although they'll get the faster result, But finally it make us often angry, weak and make us turn to sweet food , crispy and usually high in calories.
