Updated on April 10, 2012

Everyone is constantly searching for the ultimate in secrets. They are trying to find the secret to the health, wealth and happiness they have been searching for. They want to know why it is so easy for others to acquire, money success, and health. Well, stop searching I have the answer that you have been searching for. The secret to health, wealth, and happiness is YOU!

Ideally we could just pop a magic pill and have all of our dreams come true. However, no matter how ideal that would truly be the ultimate success or failure lies within yourself. The attributes that you carry through life help accomplish what you want out of life. These attributes are your determination, persistence, and ambition all of them contribute to your health wealth and happiness. The directing of positive thoughts, and energy towards your achievements that you are striving for every day. These thoughts help, manifest your goals into reality.

There is no magic shortcut when it comes to achieving your goals. Every day your thoughts that you carry with you help build up or tear down the walls needed to achieve your goals. With every positive thought, you project out on a daily basis it will build on the previous day’s thoughts and soon become the reality that you are putting out. Eventually you are creating little miracles throughout your day to day life that others will see. This creates the atmosphere you are searching for in your goal of health, wealth, and happiness.

1. Determine a place to start. Take a small aspect of your life like your relationships, health, career, or family and determine what you truly want out of each of those areas. You want to try and be as specific as possible when you are determining them.

2. Once you have set some goals take and inventory of whom you are and what you have right now.

3. Once you have taken an inventory of it is time to take a step towards your goal. No matter how small the step may be make it a something you are striving to work at every single day. Every small step, positive thought, or smile that you do everyday ads up to your ultimate goal.

Every day should be a reflection of your deepest desires and your role in supporting them. Direct your thoughts and energy towards them little by little. Eventually your goals will be reached. People will be coming to you to ask you the secret of your health, wealth, and happiness. You will be able to tell them that by your actions every day that you were able to accomplish your goals and are still striving every day to reach your new goals in the same manner.

The secret to life is You! All along the advantages, disadvantages, and other qualities have always been in you. Whether you realize it or not we create our own reality. This reality is reflected on what we project out. If, you are determined to be a failure then that is what will brought into your life with those thoughts. If, you are determined to be a success then that is what will be brought into your reality.

The setting of goals is difficult for people. The visualization of their success even harder. Your advice and points are excellent, and it's always important to sit back and get a new perspective! Voting up. Stop in sometime - coffee's always on!

I loved this hub. There are a lot of 'how to's' out there telling folks how to get rich, how to get this that and the next thing. But the advice is imbalanced. I think we do need to be balanced and as you say give out positive thoughts to build up the reality that is wanted. I also liked the advice of taking just one part of your life at a time. I think too often people leap in trying to make huge changes all at once and then wonder why it doesn't work. Probablu because they're stressed out trying to achieve too much.

Really interesting and very useful hub + voted up!
