There is much debate about the Vitamin B Complex liquid and the importance for the body to perform a great variety of functions. However, the vitamin B complex is not a very complicated vitamin, as the name might suggest. There are actually eight main B vitamins as well as some other related substances.

The main eight vitamins that make up the vitamin B complex are Vitamine B1 called Thiamine, B2 called Riboflavin, B3 called Niacin, B5 called Pantothenic, B6 named Pyridoxine, B7 called Biotin, B9 named Folic acid, B12 named Cobalamin. Other similar substances, which takes also part of the Vitamin B Complex are Choline, Inositol and Para-aminobenzoic acid.

Every part of the vitamin B complex has his own function within the body, but only when they work together as vitamin B complex they provide the essential maintenance for the body to stay healthy. The B Vitamins of this Vitamin B Complex are soluble in water and it is important that enough of these vitamins are consumed on a daily basis. As the body can not store water-soluble vitamins we consequently have to take them on a regular daily basis.

B vitamins are needed for the proper functioning of almost every process in the body. and may be needed in higher quantities at certain times of human life. Of course, there is a recommended daily dose of B5 Vitamin supplements which varies by gender, age and circumstances (for example when practising endurance sport) of a person. However, doctors and other health professionals have confirmed the benefits by increasing the intake of Vitamin B to help overcome certain diseases.

Many people suffer from anxiety and stress at one time or another, and research has found that the complex vitamin B may be useful to help relieve symptoms of anxiety and stress. If a person has been unwell the vitamin B complex can be extremely useful to help the recovery process. Fatigue can be a symptom of many diseases, as well as simply overdoing things but the B vitamin can help alleviate general tiredness and lethargy.
Interestingly, some skin diseases such as dermatitis, can also benefit from additional vitamin B complex intake. In fact, many skin creams and other skin preparations have added Vitamin B, that can be absorbed through the skin to relieve the condition. Also the condition of a person's hair also be greatly improved with enough Vitamin B intake.

      Hello Beata,

you're dealing with great thoughts - difficult to give a short answer or opinion.

By the way: knowing that I'm unable to change the world, I can do everything to live in harmony with close friends and other people which are passing my way or take part of my life in a way or other.

By the way I love Slovakia! It's astonishing what's happening there in the last 3 years.
