Acupuncture and Acupressure Mats

I recently purchased an acupressure mat--it's the Spoonk mat that has been endorsed by some reputable TV personalities like Dr. Oz. I'm going to add my feedback from this mat as I use it and experience its benefits! I wanted to share these acupuncture and acupressure mats with you, so you can enjoy pain and stress relief, too! I do experience some lower back pain, but I'm looking forward to something else--apparently, these can help you sleep better. That's something I'm VERY excited about.

You'll find a variety of acupressure mats and pillows showcased here. You can target feet, back, neck and other body regions with the disks that contain fingers or "nails," as they are referred to. These nails will target areas all over your body for better blood circulation, relief from stress and are also known to relieve pain when used regularly.

Give them a chance! These mats can be a bit uncomfortable, especially when you first try them out, but continue to use them regularly, and you will reap the benefits!
