Olives are high in fat and sodium. A 100 gram serving has 145 calories and 15 grams of fat and contains 60% of your RDA of sodium.
Although lite coconut milk has less calories and fat than regular coconut milk A serving of lite coconut milk still has 45 calories per serving and 4 grams of fat of which 3 grams of that are saturated fat.
The Dukan Diet uses zero fat foods, so it is a low carb, low fat high protein diet.
