I'm looking for one or two (or more) committed guys to food coach each other.
The idea is that we share all our meals with each other via Crowdiet app (you need to have Android device) and then communicate about it with advices and support, sort of private online support group. This social reinforcement worked very well for my wife and her friends. I would like to try it myself.
The idea is that I will take picture of everything that I eat (or drink, if it's not water) and then post it (Crowdiet is sort of social network). You will get notified and so you can comment with support and encouragement, preferably in real-time. Of course I will do the same for you.
This works wonders. if you are not familiar with it then check it out on Google play.
If you are interested please contact me to: firstname.lastname@example.org or comment here.
Thanks and good luck!
