Fruit, Fruit, Fruit and MORE fruit.

There are an incredible amount of fruits that can give you anti-aging benefits. This involves more than just eating fruit as well. You can make masks, lotions, and creams just by blending up some fruits that you can find at the grocery store. Tomatoes are truly a miracle.

I have a list of some benefits and which fruit to use on my website which can be seen here if you are interested. Maybe not entirely for ageing but tips on overall health, nails, facial care etc. Hope this helps. … er-fruits/

I agree with Drew Clement about fruits I would also add that oils rich in vitamin E and omega 3 are needed to remain healthy and young.
Nevertheless, You can eat the best food but if you don't exercise and don't breath clean air you will still feel older with time.
Exercises should be variated including the training of dexterity, elasticity, strength and endurance.

Air is very important because when you eat something the food goes a long way until it reaches your blood being filtered by livers and such. While the air you breath reaches your blood immediately which affects your state of well being directly.
