Whats the best way to get in shape for a boxing match?
What kind of workouts can you use?
The best thing to do is get a training partner and do as much sparring as possible. When you can't train with a partner, jump rope for 3 min rounds - this will help you get some stamina.
If you have access to a heavy bag you can work on combos, try to aim for speed as this will help you gain stronger punches.
