I start to get very concerned at 103 F. If a fever reaches 105 F, it should be considered dangerous. Start cool baths and aspirin, tylenol, etc. to reduce the fever. A Dr. should always be consulted at this high a fever as there is a strong indication of infection in the body somewhere.
