Any one got a cure for insomnia? i've been awake for 20 hours now. Got to get some sleep!
Relax, take a deep breath, and unplug all and any electronic devices that may get in your way distracting you from resting.
Read a little, drink some warm milk or sleepy time tea and turn the thinker off. Breathe again. (But don't count sheep...Math is a real killer for bedtime!!!!)
And hopefully it's not too serious. I pray you can catch 20+ hours of sleep as I have trouble sleeping as well! All the best, taganisted!!!!!
Other than that I have no idea and Tylenol PM and sleeping pills are overrated and in the long run cause more problems....
So sweet dreams!!!
Unfortunatly i can't turn off the baby moniter, or sleep for that long - although i wish i could! will try milk and breathing though, thank you
try reading a really really boring book. it could make you sleepy
imma trying Melatonin....... set my clock straight...again. I Don't do sleeping pills...can't do the popular one/s. Tried most the health ones, nadda. I need to workout more. Used to work physically more and then stopped so that is the bummer, I would say.
