condoms are something like 99% safe. This is because there is the rare possibility that it could split during intercourse, or if a man is wearing the wrong size condom it could break or slip off.
Condom is not sfe 100%. Two problems are there.One its physical strength to take the pressure. second its porosity. Some condoms can allow sperms through because of higher porosity
