Make chutney out of drumstick leave like the one we make of corriender leaves and have it with meals in helps blood circulation and also cools the stomach proving a proper requlation of blood pressure
Method to make the chutney:--
Grind drumstick-leaf into a fine paste ,take a medium-sized onion(chop it),take a small piece of fresh piece of ginger, 4 to five cloves of garlic and 1/4 cup of soaked tamarind pulp(has cooling effect),a cupful of chopped corriender leaves, add salt and 2 to 3 green chillies(remove the seeds if you want less chilli)(chillies are rich in vitamin 'C'). This mixture is rich in anti-oxidant beta-carotene, which helps to neutralises the free radicals in our body.thus when the blood circulation improves the blood pressure falls to normal
note :Drumstick juice is good for cancer patients.
even juice of papaya leaves helps to improve blood circulation and is good for cancer patients.
