   I used to have it, but after taking Qigong lessons, the pain seems to have gone.  But I think it is probably being restraint, and hopeful there will be no serious recurrence.

   An old chinese woman came to me one day as I was limping to my car with arthritic knee pain. She told me to eat beef tendon at least once or twice a week. She said it would make the pain go away.
