What are the best natural, homemade remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I am looking for anti inflammatory remedies and anything that helps with the pain and stiffness that this dreadful disease causes. I am trying to find some alternatives to the prescribed drugs that have far too many side effects for my liking.

I have written a hub on this subject http://artist101.hubpages.com/Natural-T … n-and-Pain The most helpful supplements that I have tried so far is red tart cherries, and magnesium. Dr. Teitelbaum has written a book on pain, and a supplement for pain. He is an internist, and suffered with fibromyalgia for years. His supplement contains, willow bark, which aspirin was derived from, cherry extract, and bosewella. All known to be good for pain. I suffered along time, before I implemented holistic medicine. I am doing very well, now. I eat a hand full of dried cherries every day. Other supplements include: glucosamine, a good multivitamin, and fish oil. I prefer krill oil, seems to work better.

Where you are living, you are definitely not getting enough D3. Liquid capsule is the best. It balances your immune system. Your RA, could be autoimmune, in nature and a direct link to why you have RA. I hope that you are at least eating fish.
