How do you get rid of TMJ?
Also, any ideas on how to stop teeth grinding?
TMJ is a medical problem that should be treated by qualified medical persons.
I stopped grinding my teeth by wearing a mouth guard like the one that athletes wear.
Go to your dentisit who will organise a mouth gaurd to wear at night. It helped me alot.
Visiting the dentist is the best option. But I guess what treatment you get will depend on whether you grind your teeth only at night or during the day as well. I think it is normally related to stress.
