Do you enjoy life more after pause or during pause?
Menopause can be a lovely time of pause. But, at any moment in life we can choose to stop and pause. Can you enjoy life more when you pause?
Yes and no. I value the pauses, but without the activity preceding them, the pauses would be meaningless.
Sometimes, the pause is an involuntary interruption, and I resent it. Other times, the pause is a refreshing break. The difference between the two is often just my attitude.
Does that answer your question?
