The best way I have found is to use the facilities of a large gym where you can get all different types of excercise at one visit. One hour before work every day, two hours on Saturday and take Sunday off.
You HAVE to make it a priority. I have 4 kids under the age of 9, so it is difficult to find time to work out. I make it a high priority however and I get in 1 hour a day 5-6 times a week. You must also let loved ones know how important it is to you so they can support you in reaching your goals. Also, make sure you mix up your workouts to avoid plateauing and boredom.
