Is there a danger of taking to much red beet powder, say one teaspoon daily?
Why not just eat beetroot? It's tasty, healthy and I don't think you'd have to worry about overdosing on it.
If your diet lacks certain vitamins, change your diet rather than looking to powders and supplements. They're much better for you and probably cheaper too.
