i m very thin iwant to look as an average person how it possible
i want to fat a little bit
You don't want to fill your body with fat. I would recommend vitamins to begin which should help your appetite, possibly even with exercise but I would check online if you don't have a doctor and use common sense and not put your body at risk with any type gain weight pill. You still want to always eat healthy foods. What good is a fuller figure with damaged heart or other organs?
I would have to agree with Pollyannalana, she poses a very interesting perspective on an idea of gaining a healthy weight for you. But here is the common principle for gaining weight and for losing weight, you have to either eat more calories than you burn to gain weight or you have to burn more calories than you eat to lose weight. Simple as that though they aren't easy to do... eat more meals but healthy meals and remain active and you should have a healthy weight gaining experience. hope this helped!!!!
