Probably a day and a half if I'm traveling but when I'm stressed out like 3 days. What a terrible feeling.

About a week, when I was younger. I have seen others go longer, though. Believe me it does no good for your state of mind. Fact.

Seventy-two hours when I was in Vietnam and my small unit ran into a bigger unit of the enemy.  We had a running battle over several miles of jungle for the next several days and none of the guys I was with slept.

We finally get extracted by helo after that long battle.

Just under two days is my record. Awful bout of unrest kept me up incessantly.
