My point of view, which is that of a religious naturalist is this: In his mind he's probably good and deserving and whatever his conception of the afterlife is, he will appoint himself a priority place in it.
Either there are many heavens and hells or there are none.

For those of you that believe in God, why do you feel the need for the Devil?What I'm trying to say is, why is an Evil needed in the afterlife as well? Shouldn't evil be something left for the simple mind of man? Shouldn't we transcend such a concept once we pass? Why does this even need to exist?
