I turned 45 yesterday - is 45 old?
I still feel like I'm in my early twenties mostly (but with a few more responsibilities). Can you see 45 coming? Or do you think it's sooo far in the future that it doesn't even figure? Have I become an old fart?
Depends from whom you are asking.
I personally don't call that an old age.
Let's start by "Wishing You a Very Happy Belated Birthday Bluehoop"! You are really as old as you feel. If you hang out with young adults you'll feel younger.
Exercising and eating healthy will keep you from developing wrinkles, keep your body strong and give you the extra energy that makes you feel younger.
If you feel like you're in your twenties then you're in your twenties. It's all about how you feel inside And don't let anyone make you feel different. We decide how we understand thing, what is good and what is bad.
I would call 45 a middle age, definitely not old. I am past 45, and still do not quite consider me old, yet...

I turned 29 yesterday, and it was the first year that I felt sad that I was getting older. What agedid you start to dislike birthdays (if ever)?
