Which machine will give me the best workout at the gym?
I like bowflex's total gym equipment and how about you...
Donna Janelle this is the honest truth. Do not by any of that garbage you see on tv. I am the biggest victim of this. There is nothing better than Eating healthy all of the time and a little bit of cardio. Take some spinning classes or something fun trust me.
deadlifts are the best for a workout if you just want to lose weight go for cardio, just remember the best way to be fit is to eat right and a good night sleep, workouts as important as they are, are not as important as those two i just mentioned.
It is better to use free weights instead of machines.
As others have mentioned, you have to eat right - 5-6 small meal a day, high protein intake (eggs, meat, whey), complex carbs (oatmeal, buckwheat, pasta), a lot of veggies (avocado, broccoli). Fruits are good, but not too much, because they are full of sugar.
Cardio exercises are good, but also you have to workout at the gym, because only cardio will not give you pretty curves that both men and women want.
I hope this helped.
