hatred. it festers inside the person and causes all sorts of physical and mental ailments.
try to find a way to forgive it you are bound by hatred.
I think it is depression being the most harmful, and it can happen to almost everyone, that's the frightening part.
I think jealousy is the most harmful, if its unhealthy it will eat you up inside and would brake relationships, it would cause all sorts of problems.
Guilt...it's a horrible feeling and nothing good comes from it.
Hate. Hate is turning into a little ball of cancer in you while you are busy with it.
The most harmful feelings is when we commit a sin knowing that it is wrong and regretful. Just imagine when we steal and we know it is worng right after stealing the concious does harm feelings and emotions as long as it does not fade away from mind.
anger alot can come from it and it can be very dangors if not handled correctly
