Hellow, I am just about to start the dukan diet. But, am I allowied olives and lite coconut...
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately both olives and lite coconut milk are not permitted on the weight loss stages of the Dukan Diet.
Olives are high in fat and sodium. A 100 gram serving has 145 calories and 15 grams of fat and contains 60% of your RDA of sodium.
Although lite coconut milk has less calories and fat than regular coconut milk A serving of lite coconut milk still has 45 calories per serving and 4 grams of fat of which 3 grams of that are saturated fat.
The Dukan Diet uses zero fat foods, so it is a low carb, low fat high protein diet.
Good luck with your diet.
