Is there such a thing as "hubbers wrist"?

I've been on hub pages almost 2 weeks, which doesn't seem long enough for carpal tunnel to develop.  Yesterday I started having a lot of pain in my wrist while typing, and typing now agravates it.  Is it possible to sprain your wrist from typing?

Take breaks every 1 hour, for 15 minutes. Also move your arms around.

My wrist pain is PH (pre-hub) and, yes, it's possible to aggravate the nerve going into your hands in just two weeks, esp. if you're working diligently to get that mysterious hub algorithm to cough up higher numbers.

The advice to take more breaks is good. But I'd also suggest keeping your your hands and arms in a straight line. Ice around the wrists for 15 minutes at a time helps with any pain. Aleve also helps.

I use the computer every day, all day, at work as well as hubbing for the past few weeks. I did have a problem with my right wrist for a while (pre-HubPages), but found that using a mouse pad with a wrist rest incorporated into it helped a lot. Now I don't have any wrist problems.
