I am sorry that I can't answer your question directly.
I thought it would be valuable to let you know that counting points is just a different way of counting calories. If you count calories you will achieve the same results.

Do you count calories?It has been proven that people who track what they eat lose more weight than those that don't. Do you track what you eat while you are losing (or possibly gaining) weight?
