What do you believe would be the best way to deal with excessive lethargy and lack of motivation? What advice would you give to someone to get them motivated in the morning to actually do something with their day, or better, their lives?
Look into an affordable way to get some career guidance, discovering more about your personality type and interests. These reveal what kinds of things motivate the unique you and possibly what you may find you are passionate about. Let me know if you'd like some ideas for how to get started on this.
I can suggest four simple ways to get energized.
1. Change your diet to more lighter products -- increase fruit juices, salads, and drink plenty of water (say a glass of water every hour).
2. Exercise daily or as frequently as you can. Combining it with deep breathing in fresh air is greatly healthy.
3. Read motivational books.
4. Pick up a hobby.
