Dr. Oz says it's perfectly okay....
Recently, Dr. Oz stated that it is perfectly normal and actually healthy for a man to masturbate 3 to 5 times a week. What do you think?
I saw that show and I don't remember him stating 3-5 times a week. He said it was healthy to masturbate occasionally or weekly because the prostrate needs to be cleared out. You can obviously do whatever your please.
I disagree with any study that implies that every person on planet Earth can fit the same definition of normal, whether that is physical or mental. I think you should masturbate when you feel like it and not worry about what is "normal".
