    It could be that he was hoping you aren't pregnant and was seeing things.... Or it could be that when you had sex some of your vaginal tissue got torn a bit, and that causes some light bleeding. It happens sometimes, especially if your a bit "dry".

    Otherwise it could have been some implantation bleeding from conception, but you'd have to be at least 4 or 5 weeks along for that to happen.
