Love nuts!  Definitely roasted!  They're healthy snacks!

Raw is probably the best way to eat nuts, less calories, salt, and saturated fats.

The medical community now recommends a daily dose of select raw nuts to potentially increase "GOOD" cholesterol levels.

I like nuts of all kinds either way, but definitely lean towards roasted and smoked almonds.  The salty zing is addicting!

I like both.  I love nuts.. they are so delicious and nutritious too.  My favourites are almonds and walnuts.. they are the healthiest ones.  But I am cheap.. meaning I live on a budget.. so I settle with the lowly peanut, which is not really a nut but a legume.. but it is full of nutrients as well.
