The folks at growfabuloushair.com are really helpful. So if you do not get an item you should ask them, There will be valid reason always. I have been buying the oil for years now and never have problems. On the one occasion I did not get my oil I contacted them and they sent it to me express FREE of charge. You have to understand that the nature of the oil makes it more likely to be stopped by customs plus the oil is coming from Toronto Canada. The confirmation email you get when you purchase gives you the option for express shipping and tells you delivery time is 2-4 weeks to the US and 3-6 weeks abroad
Contact them at sales @ growfabuloushair.com (no space) and they will help you
The oil is really powerful. Sure it may not work for everyone but for the majority it does and works well. This is Aryuveda--the only thing is that these guys do it very very well with no compromise on quality or effectiveness
