    I do find them useful. I have always been prone to minor stomach upsets but since I started having a probiotic drink yoghurt every day my stomach has been much more settled.

    I think Probiotics are best for everyone,especially who have a weak digestive system. Basically Probiotics are microbial foods or supplements that can be used to change or improve intestinal bacterial balance to improve your health. Probiotics include fermented dairy products like curd, buttermilk and yogurt, Yakult, kefir which are commonly used.
    Benefits of Probiotics:
    1)Increases immunity
    2)Increase ability to digest food
    3)Reduce lactose intolerance
    4)Relieves common digestion problems like constipation, diarrhea, Irritable bowel syndrome
    5)Promotes anti-cancer and anti-tumor activity
    6)Increase ability to synthesize vitamin B
    7)Increase ability to absorb calcium
    8)Reduce incidence of yeast infections and candidiasis
