    Exercise is a great stress buster.  For me, walking really hard for about 40 minutes helps.  Also, yoga, hot baths, reading a good book.

    I think that really depends on the person and what you like to do. For me, singing relieves stress. I'm also a Licensed Massage Therapist of 11 yrs and I could recommend meditation but the fact is that actually annoys some people. I think everyone is unique and stress relieving activities are all up to the person. Whether you like going to a firing range and shooting guns or sitting in the lotus position you gotta do what makes you happy! smile

    exersize always works for me sodose meitation or reading a book tv can e relaxing not healthy but relaxing i think it depends on the pearson

    Taking walks is a great way to relieve stress.
    Painting, talking to some family members, yoga, exercise.
