   How do I treat a minor heart mitral Valve prolapse with onion juice. I  like your answers you give.
   
   I also have developed over 2 years some kind of allergy almost asthma like ..never had allergies before. I'm 47 years of age but over all always been healthy..but I hate this new thing in my life and I want to get rid of it.  It feels like it's in the top of my esophagus phlegm keeps sitting there and I have a hard time breathing do to this. I dont know if it is from food or just asthma..but truthfully I think it has nothing to do with my lungs I feel I get blocked up with phlegm. Please help me breath good again with your great advise.

   alternative medicine means something other than REAL medicine  -  if you have an asthma or allergy problem go to a REAL doctor who will be able to diagnose and treat you. or, at LEAST consult a reputable online site like the Mayo clinic
   
   going elsewhere , at best, will leave the problem unresolved, at worst, could make the problem even worse!

   Please get your self diagnosed from a good doctor and get all that is required to be tested ,do not sit back home it may add to another problem ,it may be due to some food allergy or you have some internal problem ,once you get yourself tested ,then may be ,I will be able to suggest some remedy along with doctors medication ,

   I have been going to a homeopathic for 2 years now since I got diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse, And he has put me on strong doses of minerals and vitamin E and I have changed my diet ever since all of this..eating more like a vegetarian and staying away from white flour. I take this great stuff called Juice Plus it is whole food concentrated into a capsule so it doesn't loose it strength. I think I might be having hormonal problems and I feel that is whats causing a lot of my body in balances. I feel like a basket case full of different problems..I get anxiety attacks now I get depressed, dizzy every month.  I still get my period every month but it is sometimes heavy and other times light. But i do notice all my mood swings during before and after my cycles. I am going to get a blood test tomorrow on my hormones and my blood sugar and other things I'm not sure of. I just want to get back to normal, like I use to be. I will up date you , thank you so much you have been so inspiring to me and I sure to many people out there.

   I have  mitral valve prolapse with leakage.  I also have trouble breathing. I see several medical doctors. You probably need a medical evaluation like others have indicated.
   The phlegm could be from many causes. Tell more about how the onion juice helps you. You might try practicing good breathing from the diaphragm several times a day and walk to build up your lungs. Sometimes you can have mucous from not breathing in and out correctly,  Keep us posted.
