    hi it depends on whether you and what you are taking them for... is it an illness (painkiller) or recreational.... if these are prescribed by your doctor then i would always recommend seeking advise before changing any dose of medication that is prescribed... if you are considering recreational just once is once too many times and more often than not just once is enough to lead to addiction...

    In short seek help or advise from a medical practitioner...

    If this is for illness then please think about the implications of reducing your medications as remember they are taking the pain away and if you reduce or stop the pain may return and you will have to start the process again....
