first try some real ginger (that pink stuff @ chineese restaurants)  or canada dry ginger ale.  then try massaging the area between your thumb and index finger on each hand (seriously it works)
try to get your hands on some prilosec : it works fantastic and NO side effects. all it does id turn off your acid producing pumps in your tummy.  another thing, if its cronic-your probably waaaaaay too stressed inside.  you might think about letting out some feelings like by writing, boxing, therapy, whatever you think relieves subconcious stress.  you could also have gas bubbles which hurt like hell-so try to think if your eating differently or if something happend to bring this on.  another remedy : lay on your back and pull up your knees.  smoke some pot if you can get away with it because it is THE BEST ANTINAUSEA ive ever used.

Some good suggestions already as far as relief methods. But I would want to find out what is causing my symptoms. My first thought was to examine your diet, try to figure out what you're consuming that's bothering you. I.e. too much soda, too many acids, etc.
2nd talk to your doctor. It is possible that you have IBS, or Crohn’s disease.
I would want to find out what it is that's bothering me so that I can eliminate it rather than focus on relief after the fact.

Two excellent books you should get are available on amazon.com for less than 7 dollars each.  The first one is a big book titled "God's Way to Ultimate Health"  by George Malkmus explains God's diet is raw vegetables and fruits, not dead animals.  The 2nd book is titled "God's Key to Health and Happiness" by Elmer A. Josephson.  This book mainly says what NOT to eat (namely pork products).  You can check out the website for the Malkmus book by going to hacres.com
but don't buy the book from them.  You can get it lots cheaper on amazon.  Read the "book reviews" on the Malkmus book on amazon... something like 40 people wrote reviews for that book.  Another book that might help you is "Mad Cowboy" by Howard F. Lyman. former cattle rancher becomes an organic farmer & gives some eye opening reasons why  he did so.
