I'm not terribly proud of this, but I tend to sit here on the computer, checking email, playing a game or two, checking facebook and back and forth--instead of picking myself up and doing something productive. Sometimes I am really sorry we have the internet and all of these computers that take up so much time.
Take a bit of time to lie or sit down and meditate. You get to relax and an answer may come to you during this time.
Sports or well let´s be honest a drink in company of friends can help. It is just important that the company of your friends cheers you up and not the drink itself. Otherwise you have a problem.
Listening to upbeat music helps tremendously!

I drink a bunch of coffee and wait till I feel jittery enough to do something useful.
